These conditions of sale govern the sale of products and services offered by 1825 S.R.L. with registered office in Via Serralunga 9, 13900 Biella (Italy) P.IVA/C.F. 02711740023 through its e-commerce platform located at serralunga.com.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these conditions of sale.
2. Products and Services
Serralunga offers a wide range of indoor en outdoor products, including but not limited to lighting, furniture, accessories, and home decor. Serralunga reserves the right to change, at any time and without notice, the products and services offered on its website.
The Customer can place an order by selecting the products they wish to purchase and following the prompts on the website. Serralunga will confirm the receipt of the order by email. The contract of sale between Serralunga and the Customer is formed when the Serralunga confirms the order.
In the unlikely circumstance we would be unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to you on the email address you provided during the time of ordering. Included will be the explanation of the issue that may have arose.
We ask you to double check all details and information provided to ensure your order is correct. Once you have selected “Place order” the order will be submitted and we are no longer able to make any changes to the order

We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order in case of any of the following reasons:
- The product can not be produced.
- Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
- You order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
- We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself, see excluded areas in Europe
- Force Majeur
- In the event of misspelling, pricing, or other errors or mistakes in the website’s information
The prices of the products and services offered by Serralunga are displayed on the website and are inclusive of VAT. Serralunga reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice.
The Customer can make payment for the products and services by credit card and PayPal. Payment must be made at the time of the order.
Confidential credit card data (credit card number, expiration date, security code) are encrypted and are transmitted directly to the payment manager without passing through the servers used by Serralunga. So Serralunga has no access and doesn’t save any credit card data used by the user for the payment of the Products, without prejudice to the data concerning the card holder.
Serralunga may run checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to the order. Any orders found made under fraudulent pretenses will be followed up with an investigation.
- Delivery & Delivery times
Serralunga delivers to a selection of countries within Europe and the United Kingdom: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croazia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Montonegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Serbia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal, United Kingdom.
The Company will deliver the products with standard delivery to the address specified by the Customer. Delivery times will vary depending on the location of the Customer and the type of products. The products are made on demand and the production lead time is 10 business days for standard products and 15 business days for Moleskin and special requests. Unless otherwise specified on this Website or agreed with Users, Products shall be delivered within thirty (30) days from purchase.
Note - All our orders are delivered with ground delivery as a standard. When your order has specific requests in terms of delivery this will have an additional fee. Please indicate this during the ordering process so we can send you a proposal for shipping.
- Returns and Refunds
Serralunga offers a 14-day returns policy for products and services purchased through its website. If the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
